Eden Village Motel has some unique features when comparing it with other area motels. It is located approx. 600ft. off the road thus allowing for a quite atmosphere. Since all rooms have both front and rear doors and windows that are functional you are able to enjoy the fresh air while either relaxing in your room, reading on the front porch or lounging on the rear sundeck. The rear deck is 10ft. wide and stretches the length of the motel. Each room has a private picnic table on the deck. The front porch is 5 ft. wide, also stretches the length of the motel with porch chairs and cocktail tables available. You will have no parking problem because you have a designated spot in front of your room.

STANDARD MOTEL ROOM: All motel rooms are non smoking. (Smoking is permitted on the rear deck and front porch) Our motel is located in a very private setting 600 ft. off the road. Rooms have thermostat controlled heat, phones, CCTV, am/fm clock radios and either 1 double, 2 double, 1 king or 2 double and pullout twin beds. Veiw Cadillac Mountain and Acadia National Park fromour sundeck or grill in our picnic area. Each room has its own picnic table on the sundeck. The sundeck is 10ft. wide and stretches the length of the motel. There is also a 5ft. wide covered porch which stretches the length of the front of the motel. You are able to park your car directly in front of your room. Some rooms have kitchenettes. Refrigs., are available upon request. The overall interior dimensions of the rooms are 20ft. by 16ft. DELUXE MOTEL ROOM: Upgraded room with air conditioning (in season) and refrigerator. DELUXE 2 Room Motel Unit: Same as above but has smaller second room with a double bed. We have one 2 room unit with kitchenette.
