FAQ Answers

1. I only received the pass word, where is the link to down load?
If you purchased through paypal then you will receive one email with the password which comes instantly after you order. Then you will receive another email from a different program that will email you out the link and it can take 2 to 15 minutes for the email to arrive.
2. I never received an email with a password or down load link?
Please contact me right away and I will email you out the password and dowh load link. If you do not hear back from me within 24 hours then you may not be able to receive my emails. Aol is one email provider that I do have trouble occasionally with getting me emails through. If you do not hear back from me within 24 hours please contact me from a different email account or set up a free yahoo account to contact me. Or you can email me your phone number so I can reach you.

Yes. I accept visa or mastercard by telephone.

Before calling in your order, please go to the page that you would like to purchase from and click on *** add to cart*** then go to the order form and click on *** phone order*** , then proceed to fill out the order form, when you finish the order will be emailed to me, and then call me with your credit card information.

I can accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. I will need the name on your credit card, mailing address, and product you want to purchase along with the price, if you fill out the order form online, it will have most of this information, and it will expedite the phone order. Do not email your credit card information. After you call me, I will need your credit card number, ccv code on the back of the credit card and the expiration date of your credit card.

5. How long before I receive my order?
Orders placed online or called in over the phone are delivered the quickest. Some down loads are instantly and you can start down loading after your purchase.

Some of the down loads are not instant (i.e. toddler games, preschool games, start your own daycare ebook) and take about 2 to 12 hours to receieve the files and password.

Items that need to be mailed out and that are purchased with a credit card or money order usually take about 5 to 7 days to arrive, once payment has been received.

Items purchased with a check will take 3 to 4 weeks for mail delivery. I do wait 10 - 14 days for the check to clear.

6. How long do I have to down load the files?

You have 60 days to down load the curriculum files and 30 days to down load the daycare forms. If you find you need more time, just simply email me after your password expires, and I will gladly extend your password for another 30 to 60 days, or as long as needed. You can down load these files to your computer or onto a cd so you can use them over and over again.
7. What is your return policy?

All sales are final. You can't physically return an e-book and most stores do not take back cd's. They will offer a replacement cd and I will do the same.

After purchasing any of my items, if you encounter any problems with any of my down loads, files, cds, printed out material, etc. Just email me and upon order verification, I will try to help you get the problem fixed or I will email out new files or send a replacement through the mail.

If after reading my help page and you're still having problems, please send me an email. I will try to help you fix any problems that you may be experiencing.

9. How do I know if these pdf files will work on my computer?

Click on the link to see if you have the acrobat adobe reader.

If this opens up you have adobe acrobat reader on your machine. Give it a minute to load

If it doesn't open then you don't have the adobe reader and you will need to down load it. The adobe acrobat reader is free. Most computers are set up to automatically open PDF files in your browser, you will be able to view the file in a few seconds. If this process takes longer than a minute, you may want to save/download the file to your hard drive. On slower computers, computers on a dial up, or older computers, it is usually easier to down load the files to your computer than try to open them online. Once the files are on your computer they will open right up.

If this file does not open up on your computer than you do not have the adobe acrobat reader.

15. Printing Tips
I find it best to print out some of the pages on copy paper and the games and posters onto card stock paper. Some printers are set to reduce the size of PDF documents. *Please Note* When printing out the pdf files click on File -> Print and then look to the right hand side you should see a view of the picture that is about to print. Just above that picture are some printing options. Where it says Copies and Adjustments. Click on the two that say Expand Small Pages To Paper Size and Auto Rotate And Center Pages. This will make it print out almost the size of your paper other wise it will print out a lot smaller.
